This coming Sunday, 9 December, Lake User Group members have organised a Clean-up Day of Lake Burley Griffin. Registrations to help clean up the lake we paddle on and love can be made on the day at one of the following locations:

1) Molonglo Reach and East Basin (north side) - based from BGCC Club House
2) Central Basin - based near Burley Grind across from Aspen Island
3) West Basin - based near the bbq area on the west side of the bike hire place
4) Black Mountain Peninsula including Sullivan's Creek - based near the public toilets area
5) Weston Park to Orana Bay - based near the Playstation at Weston Park
6) Orana Bay to Commonwealth Bridge & may include a couple of the islands near there with help from the dragonboats - based out of Lotus Bay
7) Kingston Foreshore to Kings Bridge (East Basin south side) and possibly Jerrabomberra Wetlands

Even if you can only spare an hour of your time, please help clean up our lake
