The race course is located on Yarramundi Reach, on the the shores of Weston Park. The park will be open to the public for the duration of the AusChamps and we ask all visitors to be mindful of this. In particular, the dirt track which runs between marshalling and boat loading  is popular with cyclists and while we shall have traffic wardens on site, please take extra care as you move in to and out of the boat loading area.

Site Layout

Please note that while the 'gist' of the layout is as below, the detailed configuration of marquees, sheds and the like may not match the map below. We will keep this information as current as possible.

There will be fourteen vendors on site, including four coffee merchants, three purveyors of food, our friends at Team Elite and Instant Photography, and stalwarts of the sport such as Typhoon and jpx2. Paddlers are also welcome to visit the Yarralumla Play Station cafe (the little grey rectangle near the top right corner of the map), however do be aware that the cafe will be running its own ticketed Easter event from Friday to Sunday.

Athlete's Village

Every club has been assigned a tent for their use on those days which they are racing. You will get thirty chairs in your tent. Larger clubs, for whom thirty chairs will not be enough, are encouraged to bring their own. Do not take chairs from neighbouring tents.

In allocating tents, we have tried to keep teams from the same state close to each other.
